Expansion and Growth

Since commencing operations in 2021, MS Logistics has significantly advanced in the cold chain logistics sector. We started with our first warehouse in Riyadh, which has a capacity of 1,800 pallet positions. In 2023, we launched a second cold storage facility in Jeddah with a total capacity of 2,000 pallet positions for frozen and chilled products. This expansion has allowed us to develop a profound understanding of the unique demands of the cold chain industry within KSA and the region. As a vital player in this essential sector, we recognize the critical components necessary to support our operations, including state-of-the-art cooling systems, IT infrastructures and the optimal warehouse design tailored to meet the comprehensive logistics needs of the cold chain industry. In 2024, MS Logistics experienced remarkable growth with the initiation of our third project strategically located in the heart of Riyadh, which will have a substantial capacity of 39,500 pallet positions, accommodating both frozen and chilled products at temperatures ranging from -22 to +24 degrees. With scheduled commence operations in March 2025. Looking ahead, our next project in Jeddah will offer a total capacity of 32,000 pallet positions, with operations set to begin in December 2026, focused on chilled and frozen storage solutions.
