We do not sell storage space. We sell the certainty that a temperature-sensitive product arrives exactly as it left the producer — safe, compliant, traceable, and saleable.

MS Logistics is a Saudi third-party logistics provider built around a single discipline: protecting the integrity of temperature-sensitive food from the moment it enters our network until it reaches the end customer.
We operate purpose-built chilled and frozen facilities in Riyadh and Jeddah, with 41,800 pallet positions in Riyadh and a 32,000-pallet facility planned in Jeddah, on a roadmap taking total network capacity to 155,800 pallet positions by 2030. Every facility is licensed by the SFDA and the General Directorate of Civil Defense, and our food safety management system is certified to ISO 22000:2018. The results are measured, not claimed: 99.9% inventory accuracy and 98.7% OTIF performance. Cold chain is not one of our service lines. It is the entire business.
To safeguard the safety, quality and commercial value of every food product entrusted to us — through certified cold chain infrastructure, uninterrupted temperature control from receipt to delivery, and technology that gives our clients complete visibility and complete confidence in their supply chain.
Compliance by design, audit-ready at all times. Inventory integrity at 99.9%. Service reliability at 98.7% OTIF. Continuous temperature assurance from −22°C to +24°C. Capacity scaled ahead of client demand, and a company-owned cold chain fleet by 2030.
To become the cold chain partner of choice in Saudi Arabia — the benchmark against which food logistics quality is measured.
The non-negotiable starting point — food, people and facility alike.
Honest by conduct, not by policy alone. Our dealings carry no hidden terms, and our reporting shows the full picture.
We look after our clients’ products as if they carried our own name. A team that is protected, trained and respected is what makes careful work possible.
One team across departments and an extension of our clients’ teams — shared data, shared visibility, shared accountability.
Capacity that scales with seasons and growth — an elastic network built to respond before demand arrives.
When a client hands us their product, they hand us their brand. That is how we have run MS Logistics since our first pallet in 2021 — and it is why we chose to master one discipline rather than spread ourselves across many.
Cold chain logistics leaves no room for approximation. A single degree, a single hour, a single mislabeled batch can decide whether a product reaches the market safe and saleable. So we built this company around certainty: licensed facilities, certified systems, technology that shows our clients exactly what we see, and people trained to treat every consignment as if it carried their own name.
The figures in this profile — 99.9% inventory accuracy, 98.7% on-time-in-full — are not marketing numbers. They are how we hold ourselves to account, and how we invite our clients to hold us to account.
As we grow toward 155,800 pallet positions and our own cold chain fleet by 2030, our commitment remains exactly as it began: your product, protected — every degree, every pallet, every time.
The company began operations in 2021; the discipline behind it did not. Our leadership team brings more than 20 years of combined experience in warehousing, 3PL and distribution across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.
The operation is judged on measured output — 99.9% inventory accuracy and 98.7% OTIF — achieved on infrastructure built to current standards. Continuous training keeps a certified workforce behind those figures.
